Quick and easy Unity tutorial on making progress bar for not only hyper-casual games but other genres that need a progress bar to convey information.
The main concept is to manipulate the fill amount value according to the logic that fits your game.
This tutorial demonstrates the logic of progress bar which updates as the player moves towards the finishing line. You can also make it in a way that the progress bar updates as the player crosses a check point or crosses an obstacle like I did for my game Connected Destiny(link below) and so on.
