Now that we have a custom plugin installed with the correct WordPress hooks, we can now build out a custom post type from scratch. In this tutorial, we will go over how to build out a custom post type for our employee database.

We will use register_post_type to create the custom post type and use functions to setup how it looks and reacts to entries. Once done there, we will create a single and archive page for the results to be displayed.
