Steps to Fix "Error Code 19" and Get Your Keyboard Working Again:

Uninstall Recent Drivers

Open Device Manager, locate your keyboard under "Keyboards," right-click, and select Uninstall Device. Restart your computer to automatically reinstall the driver.
Reinstall the Device Driver

If the driver wasn’t reinstalled automatically, go to Device Manager, right-click your keyboard, and choose Update Driver to install the latest version.

Run the Hardware & Device Troubleshooter
Go to Settings - Update & Security - Troubleshoot and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and fix issues.
Delete the UpperFilters and LowerFilters Registry Values

Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class.
Find the folder corresponding to your keyboard device (usually a subfolder), and delete the UpperFilters and LowerFilters entries. Restart your PC to apply changes.

Perform a System Restore
