Update Path Environment Variable: Add the Flutter bin directory to your PATH environment variable. This enables you to run Flutter commands in any terminal session. To do this, follow these steps:

From the Start search bar, enter ‘env’ and select Edit the system environment variables.
Click the Environment Variables button.
Under User variables, select PATH and click Edit.
Click New and add the full path to the flutter\bin directory (e.g., C:\src\flutter\bin).
Click OK to save.
Install Visual Studio Code: Download and install the latest version of Visual Studio Code from the official website at https://code.visualstudio.com/. This is the recommended IDE for Flutter development.

Install the Flutter and Dart extensions: Open Visual Studio Code and go to the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon on the left side of the window or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+X. Search for ‘Flutter’ and ‘Dart’ in the search bar and install the respective extensions.
