It will help you save your time to format by hotkeys:
Window: CTRL+ALT+L
MacOSX: Command+Option+L.
After you follow the instruction then you will see the task foramtKotlin in Gradle. Otherwise, you can run from the command line to format your code:
OSX: ./gradlew formatKotlin
Window: gradlew formatKotlin.
