Instead of writing multiple test cases for each input, you provide the data separately.

Test Templates

External Data Sources (Excel, CSV, JSON)
2. Using Test Templates (Built-in Way)
Structure:
Create a keyword that performs the test.
Define a Test Template in the suite.
Pass multiple data sets to the test case.
Example: Login Test with Multiple Users
