How to detect edges and lines using opencv in python?
Prerequisite: import opencv
Step1: Open anaconda prompt
Step2: Type "conda install -c conda-forge opencv" (without the quotes)
Step3: Installation will proceed. Type y when asked for Proceed (y/n)?
Step4: Opencv Installation is successful
And follow the steps given in the video. We have used Canny edge method to extract edges and HoughLines to predict the lines in the image. This can be many implied for road lane detections. For that we will be mentioning the area of interest and apply the code accordingly.
