This tutorial is the seventh of the series of css tutorials for beginners. This tutorial is for absolute beginners and teaches about css padding properties. The padding shorthand property is also taught in this tutorial. The padding is mentioned in the clockwise direction and it can be mentioned by individual sides for all the four sides or it can be mentioned by three values, two values and one value respectively. If there are three values, then, the first value indicates that of the top padding, the second value stands for the right and left padding, and the third value indicates the padding for the bottom side. If there are two values, then the first value indicates the padding for the top and bottom and the second value stands for the right and left padding. If there is only value, then that value is the padding size for all the four sides.
