Web worker was introduced with HTML5 and it is a way to use multithreading in browsers. As we all know, Javascript is designed to run on single thread environment which means if we want to run multiple scripts at the same time on a web page or if you are in a situation where you have to call an api in the webpage in parallel to some other script which is getting executed , then you might need to think about using web worker.
In this video we are going to talk about web workers and its use cases.
We will walk through a working sample for the web worker.
