1)use git bash in VS code terminal:-
goto file-preference-setting- open setting.json file from icon that is avai;able in right corner.

you will find below in json:-
replace with :-
"workbench.colorTheme": "Default Light+",

"thunder-client.codeSnippetLanguage": "python-requests",
"terminal.integrated.shellIntegration.enabled": false
