Here dictionary values can be accessed by using the keys
for example, if we have
student_marks={ "a":[1,2,3], "b":[4,5,6], "c":[7,8,9] }
Here keys are a,b,c and values are [1,2,3], [4,5,6], [7,8,9]
The values are accessed as student_marks[a] to get the value [1,2,3]
