Python 3.7 application with tkinter for SQLite3 write( INSERT,UPDATE, & DELETE ) capabilities.
Fixed SQLite database and table in code.
User select-able options for where SQL command viewable and execute.
UTC Epoch time long integer since SQLite has no datetime type.
For controlling what an operator can see without any database corruption issues.
SQLite is a file on a PC so no client/server setup is needed.
Runs as a simple application.
