In this tutorial you will learn how to use User Defined

Functions in php.

1. Besides the built-in PHP functions, you can create your
own function ie, user defined function.

2. In function the opening curly brace ({) denotes the

starting of the function, and closing curly brace (})

denotes the end of the function. In between the curly

braces you will write the codes.In function a function name

can start with a letter or underscore not a number.
