In india aircel mobile network had some problem.so they can't provide a network coverage for public.2days ago they stop network at some places wothout any intimation.
So the people are very disappointed with this.a
Then this is the way of relieving from that issue

find a network coverage places
Then type.PORT_mobile number send it to 1900
Message from your aircel number
after few hours or say you will get a six digits port number.
Then give this number to recharge shop for change other networks
