When assessing the total cost of ownership for an array, it’s essential to consider both the initial and ongoing investments involved. First, there’s the one-time payment—a quoted amount covering the array hardware. Then, there are recurring costs for services, subscriptions, and support that ensure the array’s long-term value and performance.
To simplify this calculation process and make it more transparent, I prototyped this interactive widget using Figma. Not only helps to visualizes the breakdown of cost components but also let sales users to dynamically explore how each line item—whether one-time or recurring—impacts the total cost estimate in real-time.
