In this video, we will learn "How to Create your First AR Android App In Android Studio Using Java". To add AR, we are using Google's ARCore SDK and Sceneform Library.
►Android App Development Tutorial For Beginners.
►Create AR Android App using Android Studio With ARCore.
►Steps:
1. Api level should be Api 24 -Android 7 or above. Android Studio version Should be 3.1 or higher for Augmented Reality Apps.
2. In build.gradle of App, add a sceneform UX library and Sceneform Assets library.
3.Compile Option to support Java which is needed for Sceneform
library.
4.In Android Manifets.xml file add permission for AR features in app, Camera permission, Internet permission add meta data to make it available for "Google Play Services for AR".
5.Add the fragment as shown which is provided by Sceneform ux library.
6.Get Sample model from poly.google.com.
7.Upload the model to server and get the url.
8.Write down the code in MainActivity as shown in the tutorial.
9.Run the App.
►Finally you'll able to see your 3d model on the screen when you tap on detected plane in your space.
