I shall share on how to determine process capability for attribute data in this video. Process capability is used to determine whether a manufacturing prrocess is capable of producing good part. We can the Cpk/Ppk index to estimate the reject rate of a process. Conducting Cpk/Ppk in continous measurement data is well known where there a many materials available in Youtube or website.
