Linux tutorial-1:man command
the biggest challenge for people to learn linux is to find the rigt command
on an average linux have 2000+ commands are available
so our question is how to find the right command?? in right situation
answer for this question is command "man"
most of the commands are documented in man if you dont know which command you have to use then u can use man -k {keyword}
lets take an exaple if you want to know the commands related to time then
use below command for time related commands
man -k time it will gived the list of commands which are related to time
let me exicute the command man -k time in terminal
see it has listed all the commands related to time
let me exicute one commands related to time
--uptime--
it will tell how long the system has been running and how many users are available etc....
