"This text will scroll from right to left" will scroll from right to left continuously. The behavior attribute is set to "scroll" to specify the scrolling behavior, and the direction attribute is set to "left" to specify the direction of the scroll.

The CSS code is used to style the marquee tag. In this example, the font size is set to 24px, the text color is set to red, the background color is set to yellow, and there is a 10px padding around the text.
