Video clip reverse how-to guide for the video sequencer editor in Blender3d. Simply import your video using the add movie clip feature, enable the filter setting "backwards", change some render settings (resolution, scaling, end frame, encoder - I recommend h.264) and hit "animation". If you want to have the audio as well however, you will need to use Audacity - which is also free and open source - to import the audio from your video, reverse the audio using an effect and export it in the file menu. Then you just add the sound to Blender. Don't forget to enable the audio encoder (AAC recommended) and hit animation again!
