How to use LIM instruction?

Input : Start Button
Output : 3 Motors

Logic:
After a pressing a start button, motor 1 on for 10 sec then off , motor 2 on for next 10 sec & off, motor 3 on for next 10 sec & off, this operation in continuous mode until start button not released.
