Loop is a feature in which we can repeat a statement or block of code multiple times. In python there two types of loop for this purpose. For Loop and While Loop in python.

Nested Loop is a loop inside another loop. That means if there is a loop and inside this loop there is another loop then it is called nested loop. In case of nested loop, the outer loop is called the parent loop and the inner loop is called child loop. In case of Nested loop, for one instance of outer loop (parent loop) the inner loop runs till it becomes false. I have explained the Nested Loop concept in this video with program example.
