Copilot Cowork is now available for Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise users. In this video, I am going to show you the three most important things you need to know to start working. This video shows how to get set up and start working with Copilot Cowork. I’ll compare Copilot Cowork to Claude Cowork to help you choose the right system for your needs. Then, I’ll clarify Microsoft’s usage-based billing system for Copilot Cowork.
For many, Cowork will fulfill the promise of an AI assistant or teammate that can act independently to handle complex projects. Instead of reviewing a single prompt and providing a response, Cowork uses a Task - Outcome workflow. Cowork can understand complex instructions, develop a plan to handle a project, and provide multiple deliverables and outcomes.
