Follow the mention steps:
1. Clear the Captures folder.
Remove all files from the Captures folder and save it somewhere else.
(Not necessary to Delete the Captures folder)

2. Create a new folder with the name "Camera Roll".
Create the new Folder inside Video or Picture Folder. (Prefer Picture Folder)
Make sure the folder name is Camera Roll.

3. Reset the Application.
if Camera Application:
Go to Start , Select Camera,
Right click on Camera, Select App Settings,
Scroll down to Reset option and select Reset.
Wait till Reset is Done.

4. Now try to use the application again.

Anything you save from now onwards will be saved on the Camera Roll Folder.
