SUMMARY:
-RDS can invoke Lambda functions upon data modifications
-Only supported in two engines: RDS PostgreSQL and Aurora-PostgreSQL
-Requires to install the aws_lambda extension and using the associated aws_lambda.invoke method from the database
-Network access to Lambda service requires public access if the database is in a public subnet (not recommended) or a NAT gateway/VPC endpoint for Lambda if it's in a private subnet
-IAM permissions must be configured to allow the database instance to invoke the Lambda function
