Bot Telegram Python+MySQL (Interact and Store File)
This project aims to make it easier to manage and monitor the progress of each project by introducing an automatic reporting bot that can receive reports according to the format and organize related files neatly. Reporting bots were created to overcome managers' difficulties in managing project reports that are not well organized, by receiving reports via Telegram and organizing the information in the report, such as before, process and after evidence, as well as related supporting files. The main features of this bot include the ability to receive reports according to the specified format, supports receiving document and image files, and arranges these files neatly in a MySQL database. I am responsible for developing this bot according to the specified specifications. Technical challenges faced included integration with the Telegram API, managing received files, and setting up a MySQL database to store information neatly. The main stakeholder in this project is the manager who needs regular and well-organized project reports.
