Using mininet on two servers (Oracle VirtualBox VMs) to create an OVS environment with two tenant VMs on each server.

Using overlapping IP and MAC(data link) addresses.

Then using VXLAN between the two servers to isolate tenant traffic using separate VNIDs.

Finishes with some basic testing and a quick look at VXLAN on Wireshark.

Commands Used on Server1:
sudo python VXeample1.py
in mininet: (mininet)
sh ovs-ofctl add-flows s1 flows1.txt
sh ovs-ofctl dump-flows s1

sh ovs-vsctl add-port s1 vtep -- set interface vtep type=vxlan option:remote_ip=192.168.1.220 option:key=flow ofport_request=10

And then some testing:
red1 ping 10.0.0.2 (success)
red1 ip link set dev red1-eth0 down
red1 ip link set dev red1-eth0 up

Or on server 2:
red2 ip link set dev red2-eth0 down
