Using Local Storage in JavaScript and HTML5 to save a temporary data

Thanks to HTML5, we can use Local Storage feature to save and retrieve temporary data easily.

In this video I came with a simple example, it is a text input and two buttons "Save" and "Show". We can type anything, for example a person name, on the text input. Then we can click "Save" button. By clicking "Save" button we are storing that name inside JavaScript's Local Storage inside user's browser. Refresh the page, close and re-open the browser and open this tutorial page, then click "Show the name" button. You will get that saved name appearing on the text input.
