Hey this is Sheikh Adnan, In this tutorial Create simple switch/toggle button from scratch.
Make it reusable.
A switch in android is consists of two parts, one is track and the other one is thumb. By creating separate drawable resources for them you can create your custom switch.

What is Switch?
In Android, Switch is a two-state toggle switch widget that can select between two options. It is used to display checked and unchecked state of a button providing slider control to user. Switch is a subclass of Compound Button. The user can simply tap on a switch to change its current state.
