Exception is an error that occur during the time of execution of a program. When you know that you have a code which can produce an error then you can use exception handling.
Exceptions handling are nothing it is just a ways of handling errors.

Exception handling is used in some programming languages to deal with errors , Many programming languages like C++, PHP, Java, Ruby, Python etc.
