This video shows you how to add JavaScript to all of your WordPress site pages using wp_enqueing_script. Enqueuing JavaScript to all pages involves writing PHP, for which you will require a plugin to do this in.

If you’re trying to do this for a theme, it’s customary to write all the rest the same, but put the following code in your functions.php file.
