This is another tutorial on Adobe Premiere Elements 15 on some basic editing. This is a basic guide I use to editing all of my videos. Hopefully this can help you out. Give you some guidance. It took me a few video to learn when I should start cutting and when I should add the music into the editing process, and how to format my clips.
