Easy Python tutorials | Inner Function and Closure in Python
An inner function can act as a closure. This is a function that is dynamically generated by another function and can both change and remember the values of variables that were created outside the function.
In a clocure, the inner part of the function uses the outer parsing parameter directly instead of getting it as an argument.
The outerfunction returns the inner function name instead of calling it.
