In this episode, we will focus on learning the context API with react hooks which are a new modern way of writing react code. The context API provides us with a useful hook called useContext that lets us use a state in any of the components we want in the tree.

The reason you might need a state management tool like the context API or redux is to be able to share info between your components in your react application.
