This video demonstrates how to very easily create a form for capturing user input that can be used in Node-RED flows. It uses UIBUILDER and Node-RED.

You don't need to have any coding skills to use this but you get access to the full range of HTML form capabilities. By default, the form is well laid out and is accessible for people with limited vision or movement.

The Node-RED flow that illustrates the content of the video is available from the Node-RED "Flows" website: https://flows.nodered.org/flow/aadf1e.... You need uibuilder v6.4.1 or above. That flow can be imported directly into Node-RED.
