ARRAY celebrated the work of prolific multi-media artist Cauleen Smith, with a special 4K restoration screening of her 1998 debut feature DRYLONGSO. Bringing a 90s Oakland vibe to Los Angeles, ARRAY mounted a living photo wall exhibit highlighting the community in attendance. Following the film, ARRAY's Mercedes Cooper guided a one-of-a-kind post-screening cinema chat between the audience and director Cauleen Smith.
4K restoration undertaken by the Criterion Collection, Janus Films, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Supervised by director Cauleen Smith.
