JAVA: Checking Doubly Marcov Matrix
This video checks if a give matrix is Doubly Marcov matrix or not. It takes the size and the matrix elements from the user. The problem is given below. You must try to solve this problem at your own first.
Write a program to declare a square matrix M[][] of order N. Check if the matrix is Doubly Marcov matrix or not. A matrix which satisfies the following conditions are Doubly Marcov matrix.
1) All elements are greater than or equal to 0
2) Sum of each row is equal to 1
3) Sum of each column is equal to 1
Accept N from user where Nis greater or equal to 3 and less or equal to 9. Display an appropriate error message if N is not in the given range or the entered numbers are negetive. Allow the user to create a matrix and check whether the created matrix is a Doubly Marcov matrix or not.
