Microsoft Excel: Scroll bar / slider bar tutorial

Full instructions:

1. Go to the developer tab (make sure it's enabled)
2. Click 'Insert', 'Form Controls', and click 'Scroll bar'.
3. Draw the scroll bar on your sheet
4. To link it to a cell, right-click and select 'Format control'
5. Set cell link to the cell, in this example 'B3'.
6. Set minimum and maximum value for the cell
7. Click 'OK'.

Done. The slider is now linked to the value in the cell. By clicking on the arrows, or moving the slider, you'll change the values in the cell.
