Keysight's IC-CAP tool (Integrated Circuit Characterization and Analysis Program) is the industry-standard software platform for semiconductor device modeling and characterization. It is used to extract accurate compact models for DC, analog, power, and RF applications, facilitating the link between measured hardware data and circuit simulation tools.
