What is Dependency Injection in JavaScript / NodeJS?

Dependency injection is a programming technique that helps make software code easier to understand, test, and maintain.

In simpler terms, it's like ordering takeout food instead of cooking yourself. When you order takeout, you don't need to worry about the ingredients or cooking process - someone else takes care of that for you. Similarly, with dependency injection, you don't need to worry about how a particular piece of code works - you just need to know what inputs it needs and it will be given to you.
