Pluggable database ate my server!
Now that we have some free pluggable databases without extra license issues we can do some consolidation! Consolidation can be a wonderful thing, but how do you stop a rogue pluggable database consuming all the resources on your server, leaving nothing else for the others? If you set CPU_COUNT too low, you might starve them of resources, but if you set it too high, then you are back to square one. New features in Oracle Database let you fix this problem to take full control of your pluggable databases...
