“Submit an EFT Request” demonstrates how to submit an electronic funds transfer (EFT) request from the Provider Management dashboard.

DISCLAIMER
Providers that plan to offer services for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Long-Term Care (LTC) programs must complete both of the following processes:
-Enrollment
-Contracting

LTC providers are required first to enroll in Texas Medicaid through the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS). Once enrolled in Texas Medicaid, providers must complete contracting processes with HHSC. This will include all contracting steps including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and direct deposit setup and maintenance.

For more information on HHSC contracting processes, call the LTC program Contact Center at 800-626-4117 or 800-727-5436.

Providers with questions about how to sign up for or obtain direct deposit, or how to sign up for EFT, contact HHSC Accounting at 737-867-7580 or vendor@hhs.texas.gov.
