Python User Defined Exception | Custom Exception
Programs may name their own exceptions by creating a new exception class.
Exceptions should typically be derived from the Exception class, either directly or indirectly.

steps:
1. Create a custom exception class by inheriting the Exception class.
2. raise a custom exception using the raise keyword.
