This is the recording of a weekly discussion group focused on using EMAN2 from Python (with a little command-line thrown in). Apologies that the video is slightly messed up for the first ~1 minute, but it does pass, and the audio is fine.
This week's discussion focuses on the modular (factory) classes in EMAN2 used for basic image processing (processors), aligning images/volumes (aligners), comparing images (cmps), and so on. This includes a brief demonstration of e2filtertool.py and how it relates to Python processing.
