Let's develop a web based chat app in 31 lines of Python code. NiceGUI is an excellent choice for building user interfaces. This free open-source library offers a gentle learning curve for beginners and provides advanced customization for experienced programmers, ensuring ease-of-use for basic UI and feasibility for complex projects. In the video VS Code with GitHub Copilot is used for editing. NiceGUI seamlessly refreshes the application upon every file save, providing hot-reloading that allows for uninterrupted coding flow.
