*NEW* Controller Setting! (Quick Weapon Update)
Fortnite's MARVEL Season is starting off to be the greatest Season of CHAPTER 5!
This is the 3rd SEASON in less than a year that FORTNITE sides with CONTROLLER PLAYERS by bringing an EXCITING NEW SETTING.
One of the biggest challenges of using a Controller vs. keyboard and mouse is the method in which you switch between Inventory Items.
For the longest, Controller players had to cycle through each inventory item slot to reach the desired one, while this, is so much easier for keyboard and mouse players, who can have a separate key bind for every individual item slot and easily switch to any of them with a simple press of a button.
Today's update is proof that Fortnite is continuing to invest in bridging this gap.
"Button Group" is the new setting introduced this season. You can now choose which group of buttons to press on for selecting weapons. You have the option to choose between your "D-PAD", "FACE BUTTONS", OR "BOTH".
