This question requires some basic familiarity with string, for loops or loops in general, as well as the basic elements of function definition. Additionally , though it is an "easy" difficulty question it's easy to see that there are multiple approaches and each one has it's impact on performance, and scalability. Even a simple question like this may have layers to it's implementation.
