FastAPI Fast! Get Started Quickly
FastAPI is a really cool framework for building APIs. It is an alternative to Flask, Django and so on, and is super easy to get started with.
If you want to build your own website or web application, an API is almost certainly going to form part of your solution.
In this video we'll get up and running with our first FastAPI API in a matter of seconds. We'll keep it super simple and just look at how to get started with one endpoint. We'll startup the server (uvicorn) so that it is ready for incoming requests. We'll then use a browser to show how our endpoint returns the data we set.
