In this Selenium Python Tutorial, we will learn how to data-driven testing using JSON or YAML files. In the previous tutorial, we understood how to do data-driven testing using the Python DDT module, we can use the same DDT module to read test data which is externalized into JSON or YAML files. The advantage of this approach is that your test script remains clean and no test data is hardcoded into your test scripts.
