When we want to change from one python environment to another, sometimes it is not working in VS code. The reason why is that we are working in workspace. So we don't have to restart vscode or reinstall all the extensions we have downloaded before. The problem will be most likely due to the workspace. VScode is changing the python interpreter on a workspace level. So anytime we want to change the python interpreter from one version to another, in the same workspace. It will not working.
The solution here is to delete the workspace and to open the folder we want to work in. When the folder has been opened, we can easily change our interpreter and we don't have to restart VScode to start coding.
